We ask that you please RSVP no later than October 26, 2023. Please note, however, that in order to secure a room in our hotel block, you must book no later than September 26, 2023.

Welcome Party (Thursday, January 25)
The dress code for the Welcome Party is Dressy Casual. To provide a visual guide and spark inspiration, we've compiled a Pinterest board with representative examples here.

Ceremony & Reception (Friday, January 26)
We’re envisioning an elegant yet comfortable affair for our Big Day. While Beach Formal doesn’t require evening gowns or tuxedos, we do want you to look (and feel) like you’re going somewhere special - because you are! We recommend choosing attire that is chic yet suitable for an outdoor beach setting, as the ceremony and reception will take place on the beach. (If you plan to wear heels, we recommend steering clear of stilettos, as you will be walking on the sand!). Opt for lightweight and breathable fabrics to stay comfortable in the warm weather. See examples here. Don't forget to bring a light sweater or shawl, just in case the evening breeze brings a hint of coolness.

We encourage you to stay at TRS Yucatan Hotel, as we have arranged a hotel block at a reduced rate. In addition, all pre-and post-wedding events (Welcome Reception, Post-Wedding Brunch, etc.) will take place at TRS, and the hotel requires a Day Pass at an additional charge for any non-guests who wish to attend. If you prefer to stay outside of TRS, there are several other hotels and Airbnbs in the area. Since Ubers are sparse, we recommend using a taxi service to get to and from the wedding events if you choose to stay at one of these hotels. Feel free to reach out to one of us, and we would be happy to provide contact information.

January temperatures in Riviera Maya typically range from highs in the 80s to lows in the 60s. We recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl, as the temperature may drop in the evening.

While we love your little ones, we want you to relax and enjoy the festivities. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on the beach, and the reception will be in a semi-covered area, also on the beach.

We will provide transportation on the wedding day for guests staying at TRS Yucatan. For guests staying in other locations, we can provide the information for taxi companies in the area.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
